International flights will fly to Manila (Ninoy Aquino International
Airport) from most international
airports. If you arrive within the right time you will be able
to get a connecting internal flight
the same day. There is a short Taxi ride to the Domestic Internal
Airport, where you will get a flight
which is about 1 hour to Caticlan, 30 mins on the new small jets.
Book your internal flights in advance.
These operators are Asian Spirit or Sea Air. You can fly Philippine
Airlines to Kalibo but, you do then
have a 2 hour coach journey from Kalibo, so Caticlan is the best
option if possible.
From Caticlan it’s just a 20min short boat ride over
to Boracay and you are on the beach…. literally!
Because that where you get off of the boat.
